Brienes

Harold Brienes, J.D. has been a Connecticut family lawyer for more than twenty years. He is also a trained mediator and collaborative divorce attorney. Attorney Brienes believes that no family should have to bear the emotional cost of "slugging it out" in court. Mediation and Collaborative Divorce are two alternatives to the indignity of a litigated divorce. They can help resolve marital and family disputes with dignity and respect.

Attorney Brienes is a member of the Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation (CCDM), the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He serves as a Family Special Master in the Fairfield and Ansonia Judicial Districts. He also serves as a Family Special Master at the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middletown.
